Know Where You're Going with an Xtrons 2-DIN Video In-Dash Unit with GPS
When you're driving to a place you've never been, it can be helpful to have a GPS for navigation. Putting one right into your car's dash can make this convenient. Xtrons makes a number of video in-dash devices with GPS that are the 2-DIN or double-DIN size.
What are some features of an in-dash unit?These double-DIN, in-dash products have several functions. First, GPS navigation can help you locate places of interest, give you step-by-step directions to addresses, and track your movement as you travel. An advantage of GPS over cellular data is that you can be anywhere, including areas without cell towers, and still get a signal.
Depending on the model, an Xtrons unit may also have:
- Digital radio reception: Many are ready to accept analog as well as digital signals. Digital signals usually have less interference.
